  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

💳 Payment Method

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Advance Payment (Full Payment)

Customers are required to pay the full amount (Only in COD) at the time of delivery.

🚚 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

  • Orders below Rs. 2500: Standard shipping fee of Rs. 200
  • Orders above Rs. 2500: Free Shipping

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned in the order summary before checkout confirmation.

Warranty Claim Process & Charges

For any product covered under its applicable warranty period, a replacement will be provided when required, subject to a standard Rs. 250 replacement charge. At the time of delivery, the rider will provide the new item, and the customer must return the defective product and pay the Rs. 250 replacement charges upon receiving the replacement.
